For the benefit of the whole school community, the school requires a clearance form from the Doctor following a contagious disease. The doctor needs to examine the student and certify that the child is no longer contagious and is fit to attend school. This procedure is requested following Chicken-Pox and other infectious diseases (Hand Foot and Mouth, Slapped Cheek, Scarlet Fever, Scabies, etc.)as the school may deem necessary.<\/p>\n
