In extra-ordinary cases when this is not possible, the following procedure needs to be followed: A copy of the e-tickets is to be attached with the letter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Kindly be aware that permission is not automatic and might NOT be granted. In this case students will not be considered excused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If the trip will be more than 15 school-days a different procedure needs to be followed.
